The University of Cambridge’s West Cambridge Research and Development Park is situated on the west side of the City adjacent to the M11. The Broers Building occupies a prominent position at the end of JJ Thomson Avenue and benefits from a semi rural location with a landscaped lake beyond and open countryside to its southern aspect. The overall west Cambridge site comprises 165 acres and offers large swathes of public open spaces between buildings.

Streetcar, the self-service pay-as-go car

There is Streetcar available for use on the site. The Streetcar lives in the first parking bay on the left hand side of the entrance to the parking area of the Hauser Forum. The car park is located off Charles Babbage Road, in the Cambridge West Site.
